cold...rain...ice...
my body confined to my  rooms...

but my mind
soars
wanders
to places both seen
and unseen

to places the do exist
did exist once
that may exist
in some future
time
space
or reality
or have never
or will never
exist

except in my mind
in my rooms

If I knew then?
but i didn't

If i took another path?
but i didn't

If someone would have warned me?
but they didn't

Or maybe they did
and i didn't listen

But would I go back and change anything
not a chance

for all the missteps
i survived
